Fixes

• Scanner: malformed task files are no longer silently dropped (#19). A task file whose YAML frontmatter failed to parse (e.g. a mixed flow/block-style list) used to vanish from every view while taskmd validate still reported success. The scanner now detects task-signature keys (id, status, priority, dependencies) in unparseable frontmatter and reports the file as a scan error: validate names the file and exits 1, and read commands (list, board, …) warn on stderr. Foreign markdown with non-task frontmatter is still skipped quietly.

SDK

• sdk/go v0.4.7: parser gains frontmatter task-signature sniffing; scanner surfaces malformed task files as scan errors.
