Description\nThis PR implements dynamic context window detection for Anthropic models using the Anthropic SDK's models.list() method, as requested in issue #342.\n\n## Changes\n- Replaced hard-coded context window sizes with dynamic detection using models.list()\n- Added caching mechanism to store context window sizes for future use\n- Implemented fallback mechanisms in case the API call fails or returns incomplete data\n- Added model alias handling for '-latest' and date-versioned models\n\n## Testing\n- Verified that the code builds and passes all tests\n- Ensured proper error handling for cases where the API call fails\n\nCloses #342
