• A request's switches («wake the disks», «force», «with volumes», «with images», «recursive», «hold») are read as true or false only. The string «false» or a number is refused instead of being taken as «on» — nothing wakes a disk or purges a volume by accident.
• Mr. Restori copies a partner's content (a kept moment's pick, anything from a pulled copy) without device nodes and without set-uid bits. A busy peek mount is unmounted lazily and never left holding the pool.
• A pulled copy swapped in as the live share is writable, as a share must be; when it is put back it becomes read-only again, as its receive made it.
• «Back into a plain folder» is offered only for an app's folder that a fresh look lists as that app's, never for a VM's folder.
• Mr. Backupsy (engine 2.85): a stop by signal ends the search for files dated in the future and leaves nothing behind in /tmp; what a hard kill left is swept at the next start.
• A run's warning is keyed on its causes: a run with a different set of warnings within 20 hours is mailed as a new one, not counted as «the same». The rule is the same in the engine and in the office.
• The night watchman looks at a foreign at job's program under /mnt only while no rotating disk sleeps.
• A link from outside the office to a snapshot's file browser asks for a click before it mounts anything.
• A menu label typed equal to the language's default is kept, so it no longer changes with Unraid's language.
• «Let go…», «Change the space…» and «Change the address…» stop when the fresh look at the partner fails, instead of going on with stale data.
• Jack Streamer's run marker carries the boot's id: after a power cut mid-run, a marker of another boot is no longer shown as running.
• Three waits (a new share appearing, the notification stamp's lock, Jack's tickers) run on the monotonic clock: a step of the wall clock neither cuts them short nor stretches them.

• The web side refuses a request body past 1 MB before decoding it, unless it is a report picture (3 MB).

• Mr. Restori checks every folder on the way into the restore folder for a link before a pick lands there, in folder mode too (a partner's kept moment). A link at a moment's own top is refused as well.
• A libvirt image rebuilt from a partner's pulled copy is handled as foreign, like a partner's VM definitions: the hooks are never installed from a pull, every VM definition is fitted to this server first, and one that names another VM or a place of this server outside the VM's own folder is left out and named.
• «Remove» of a pulled copy that was once swapped in as the live share refuses instead of destroying the dataset: after the put back it carries your writes and the office's snapshots. The plan says what the dataset still holds.
• Mr. Backupsy's results list (engine 2.84) is written on a real server again. Once the history passed about 70 runs the list was never written, and a source copied before those runs read «no copy yet».
• The USO network's auth key never leaves the server with the flash: it was left out of the flash archive already, now the flash's Kopia snapshot leaves it out too. If Kopia will not take that rule while the key lies on the flash, the flash is not uploaded that run and the office says why.

Changed

• Mr. Restori touches each snapshot once: whether a snapshot holds a folder is remembered, so browsing and picking no longer mount snapshots again and again.
• The Team Lead's «Let go…» of a door's earlier copies destroys a dataset only when ZFS agrees it is a door copy (no clone, a received snapshot inside); anything else is kept and named. This stays the one real delete among the partner offices and is documented as such.
• The night watchman tells an unknown root at job the round it appears, once; a job still waiting days past its time is marked important as before.
• README, GUIDE and HARDENING.md brought up to date with everything since 1.72.0: the file browser, the quota changes, the USO network, notifications, the schedule tile and CLEAN_ENV, each with the checks that prove it.

• Engine 2.82: a server whose backup settings are gone (the data folder lost or restored) no longer gets a failed run and an alert every night — the scheduled start leaves one «skipped» line that counts the nights, and the Team Lead's to-do says to set Mr. Backupsy up. His packages tile, Mr. Restori and every other reader find the backup place without settings («found without settings»). The warnings of an Apply that brings back an interrupted run's leftovers are said in the office's words.
• Mr. Backupsy's and Jack Streamer's schedules are on the same «Schedule» tile as every other desk's: the next run, the schedule in words, the last run and how it ended («Running now» while one runs); Jack's names both his jobs («Lay out: in the joint run … · Consolidate: every Sunday …»). • Night watchman: a data-flow entry now says what tripped. A container or client that sends a trickle every round no longer grows one «pull» for days (the mail said «4.8 GB in 8306 min — usually at most 68 MB per hour»); the bytes a round brings are counted into the hours they really came in (a container counted anew: from its start), and the entry names the hour («3.1 GB in one hour») or the span («40 GB in 5 h 40 min») instead of the pull. «I know, thanks» makes an hour's amount normal, never the sum of a long pull. Open entries from 1.79.0 get their hour at the next round.
• The office starts clean: an agent restarted over SSH (the plugin's update, a restart by hand) no longer carries that login's session into what it starts. Before, once that login ended, a docker exec of a backup run, a restore or the Nextcloud opening could fail with «runc-process: no such file» until the next agent start.
• Mr. Restori counts a local snapshot for an app, VM or folder only when the snapshot really holds it. A share on two pools showed the other pool's snapshots too, and «newest» could point into one that had nothing of the folder. Sleeping pools are still never woken: their snapshots stay «not looked».
• Mr. Restori's page no longer says «I'm restoring» after an array stop ended the restore while the agent was away: the restore's own record decides, not the agent's last word.

• Jack Streamer: «theme.mp3 stays on the pool» (off until you switch it on). Emby and Jellyfin play a title's theme the moment someone lingers on it in the library — from the array that wakes its disk. Switched on, his real runs move every film's and every series' theme.mp3 to the pool, where it stays for good, outside every budget: Ms. Moverelli, his giving back and Unraid's mover leave it alone; only his let-go with «bring the films back» returns it. The first such run reads every title's folder once (that wakes each disk of his libraries once; later runs look only at new titles) — «What's next» says so beforehand. His page shows «n themes on the pool · x MB», the run summary and the panel show the themes' phase.

Ms. Dustdevil and Ms. Protocolli can tour on a schedule of their own (off until you switch it on) — a scheduled tour never wakes a disk: what sleeps is left out and named.
• Jack Streamer: «Copy from every disk at once» — the fill copies one file per array disk at the same time (giving back to the array stays one file at a time, the parity is written). His panel shows every file being copied under its person, each with its own progress, and «who is watching what» per person while he works. A film two persons have on deck counts for each of them and is copied once.
• Engine 2.81: an Apply that brings back what an interrupted backup left says in the office's words what didn't come back; a backup run without its settings says so instead of showing the engine's text. Every own Kopia source (an app's or VM's) carries its layout tag, so Mr. Restori no longer guesses there.
• Mr. Restori finds a package's earlier versions in Kopia also where the backup place's share is mounted split, and still finds the backup place when Mr. Backupsy's settings are gone — his page says so.

• Jack Streamer's exclude list is never written empty by a look: while it is missing, Ms. Moverelli's own run waits, the joint run lets him go first and his run writes it; after a trial run the page says that the list comes only from a real run.

• Ms. Protokolli reads the plugins' logs (Tailscale, Plugin Diagnostics and the others that announce theirs) as a group «Plugins», and the syslog from before the last start.
• Ms. Protokolli: «most frequent first» as a sort choice, and the lines no rule knows as their own list.

• Engine 2.80: the very same backup failure within 20 hours is counted, not sent again; a failure with another cause is always sent. The team lead's history shows the count.

• Mr. Backupsy: when a partner that went away shares its name with several partnerships here, the setup asks which one gets its units — nothing moves before you choose (the pair's id, address and «paired since» tell them apart).
• Team Lead: pairing anew with a server that is already paired here offers to replace the earlier partnership — its door line and key go, its copies stay. A partnership left over by such a re-pairing is marked on its card («Replace it by …») and no longer sends notifications.
• Mr. Restori: when a put back leaves a share without a folder, Unraid drops the share from its list; the entry says so and makes the share's empty folder in one click (its settings are never touched).
• Engine 2.79: files dated in the future are said — after Kopia copied a share, app or VM, the run warns with the count and one example, so a wrong clock or camera date doesn't hide in the backup for good.

When the space is full, both sides say how much of it those earlier copies hold (also in the backup run's warning; engine 2.78).
• Partner offices: several partners of one name are told apart on the cards and in the «Start from a partner's copy…» dialog (pair id, address, last sent).

• Mr. Restori, «Onto a new server»: a restore ticket now lists what the partner holds of the gone server right now — a unit sent after the ticket was written comes along too. A pull onto a freshly made share goes straight to «Swap it in…»; the preview says beforehand if something is in the way.
