Import COM/IDL helpstrings

Most COM properties/methods have a short helpstring attached to them. Importing those will be useful when using the module on IDEs.

Since f983a33, only enumerations are missing docstrings. I don't know the best way to document single attributes so that IDEs pick their description. May revisit in the future.
