Android port of Bloodborne (v1.09) for Snapdragon phones (Adreno 6xx/7xx/8xx), with experimental Mali support. A bug-fix update to 0.9.1.

Fixes

  • Crash entering character creation: the game closed when the movie before character creation ended (thread::detach failed). The movie player and the game stopped the movie at the same moment; that is now safe.
  • Game stopped (23) at start on some Adreno 6xx phones (#10, e.g. Retroid Pocket Flip 2 / Snapdragon 865): their Turnip driver has no sparse memory, which the game used anyway. Such GPUs now get the buffer cache that works without it (until now only on Mali). Phones whose driver has sparse memory are unchanged. That cache keeps more memory allocated, so 8 GB devices may run short in large areas: please report it with Menu → Report a problem if so.
  • Screen recordings were silent: screen recorders can now record the game's sound (Android 10 and newer).

Install / update

Menu → Check for updates, or install the APK by hand over any 0.8.x/0.9.x; settings, saves, mods and the game folder are kept. Select your own extracted game folder containing eboot.bin, or install it from your own PKGs. No game files are included.
