PHP SDK 2.4.1

The worker.stopped diagnostic now includes the worker process's lifetime history-cache counters:

• hit
• miss
• eviction
• forced_cold_replay

PSR logs, diagnostic callbacks and Laravel/Symfony WorkerDiagnosticEvent listeners receive them under context['sticky_cache']. Clearing retained history during managed shutdown preserves these counters. A cache hit still replays the workflow.

This patch helps inspect cache behavior through the standard framework worker. The logging and framework event controls pass the normal supported PHP/Laravel/Symfony qualification.
