This is the first release of flask-inputs for 6 years, I have set up a new GitHub repository because I do not have access to configure secrets for GitHub Actions in the original repository. There are no functional changes to the package itself in this release.

• Port project code from https://github.com/nathancahill/flask-inputs
• Set up GitHub Actions for build and publish
• Update project configuration for modern Python development (pytest, pyproject.toml, etc) on Python 3.9, 3.10, and 3.11

Many thanks to Nathan Cahill for facilitating the transfer of the maintenance of this project, including ownership of the original project in PyPi.
