Changes

• Add duskmoon_highlight, the maintained DuskMoon syntax highlighting engine, with 194 grammars, token themes, generation sources, and upstream license/provenance notices.
• Use the maintained engine in Markdown code blocks, preserving nested token styles, source text, and clipboard content; parser errors fall back to the complete original code.
• Upgrade duskmoon_form and duskmoon_theme_bloc to Equatable 3.0 after removing the legacy highlighter constraint.
• Add melos run outdated and refresh native plugin registration.

All 12 DuskMoon packages share version 1.12.0. Internal hosted dependencies use ^1.12.0.

Validation

• Workspace formatting and analysis with fatal infos passed.
• All 2,262 workspace tests passed.
• Showcase release Web build and native lifecycle checks passed.
• The new highlighter publish dry run passed without warnings and retained all license/provenance files.
• All 12 Pub archives passed checksum checks; all 1,641 published Dart files match the release tag.
• The deployed showcase assets match the release build; live Dart/Python highlighting and exact clipboard source were verified.
• A fresh consumer resolved all 12 packages from Pub at 1.12.0 with Equatable 3.0.0; all 5 highlighting/Markdown/state smoke tests and fatal-info analysis passed.
