Highlights

• Guided setup wizard — singleserver setup walks you through Tailscale, Cloudflare, and GitHub, prompting only where needed and ending with a short summary instead of a wall of diagnostics. The installer hands off to it automatically on first run.
• Quiet, legible install — a single-column checklist (System packages, Docker, Kamal, Tailscale, cloudflared, Single Server) with verbose output tucked into a log and shown only on failure.
• Env vars before the first deploy — singleserver add gains a repeatable --env KEY=value flag and an interactive env step, writing values server-side before the initial deploy so apps that need a secret at boot don't crash on first deploy.
• Works with pre-installed Docker CE — the installer detects an existing Docker and skips the conflicting docker.io packages, fixing an apt containerd conflict on servers already running Docker CE. Thanks @macecchi (#1).
• Tailscale key-expiry safeguard — doctor and connect tailscale warn when the node key will expire and link to the console to disable it, so your box doesn't silently drop off the tailnet.
