Following a review of ICO and IAB UK's documentation on GDPR for dwyl and our clients, I've added a summary of key points to the readme and restructured it a tiny bit to now have a section on Security Standards, under which both ISO 27001 and GDPR fit.

@nelsonic Could you please review/merge? And close #25 if you think it is now done as a first pass?

@iteles do you not have git CLI configured on your new Laptop...? 🤔

I haven't changed the config on my CLI (new... it's almost a year old) but apparently something has
broken 😕
I'll look to fix it.

Sorry, by "new" I mean newish laptop that had GitHub working fine on CLI...
anyway. hope you finish work soon.
