Realised that the 'Review Requests' tab isn't really part of my workflow 😬 Sorry for the delay.

Great docs 👍

These legal documents are constantly reviewed and updated as needs and changes arise.

We've created an automated legal document creation system using the Google Store App AutoCrat to utilise Google Docs templates and Google Sheets to merge in contract data. This is beneficial for a number of reasons:

Sounds cool! Is there a master spreadsheet in our Drive that is updated for this?
Would be good to include the link here (of course this would only be openable by those with the correct permissions).

A second pass at this document would benefit from step by step instructions with screenshots, I'll open an issue to capture it (not a blocker for merging). 👍 #70

Our current list of legal documents is as follows:
- Contractor Agreement
- This is the agreement we use for all of our contractors (developers).
- Supplier Agreement

Would it be more accurate to say this is what we use for our 'development' projects?
I was unclear what the Consulting Agreement below was at first and I reckon this clarification here might help.

This is section is called Writing legal documents but it's more of a description of what the legal documents are and the tools that we use. Until #70 is completed, it might be more accurate to just call this 'Legal Documents' (of course, not a blocker for merging).

# Ratification

Any document signed as a deed must be signed with wet ink. Otherwise we often employ the use of electronic signatures, most commonly using a Mac's inbuilt preview signature feature.

When I first signed a contract that said Signed as a deed I had to look it up before I put pen to paper because I thought I might be signing my life away (I'd only heard the term in association with property).
I imagine there may be others like me who are not used to this term, so would be good to include a one line explanation here of what it means so people know how to differentiate.

@markwilliamfirth Do you think it would be worth including a little how-to around electronic signatures in this repo? This reminded me of that as we already have one all written up for Mac and Ubuntu (though slightly old now): https://github.com/dwyl/summer/blob/master/freelance-agreements/readme.md

I'll open an issue with this question 👍 #71

If you need to scan a document, [CamScanner](https://www.camscanner.com/) is a useful mobile tool to do so. All of our legal documents are currently stored in Google Drive.
