Storybook 9 already released and it has some interesting features which I am currently investigating and introducing to our library.

I will need to create a separate PR to move from Jest to Vitest for functional tests too thanks to the new functionality called "Portable stories")

@Jialecl can you please investigate the change appearing in the UI Tests? I briefly checked it and the latest change to the tabs arrow was on the branch jialecl/tabs-active-scroll.
