Version 1.0.0 Release, code version used for the rebuttal of the Koopman-Assisted RL rebuttal. Core features at this point include, but are not limited to:

• Additional set of regressors for the ability to perform ablations over the regressor used for the generation of the Koopman tensor
• Introduction of Snakemake workflows to reproduce each individual figure from the paper
• Multiple quality of life upgrades
• End-to-end testing to make sure that each script, and workflow produces exactly what they say they do
