Can the Publisher be recognised?

I am keen to try this out as an alternative the pplink which us currently suffering due to a Windows release change.

But I'm just also wary of this...

Is it possible to somehow stop Microsoft Defender SmartScreen from being unhappy?

Hi, it seems that I need to buy a Code Signing Certificate to suppress the unknown publisher warning. Just now, I self-signed the Easy_Draw.exe file and don't know whether it can help or not. If there is some low-cost solution, please let me know. Thank you.
