What's Changed

New Features

  • Crush: add MCP, hooks and permissions support through crush.json (.crush.json is honored when present; ~/.config/crush/crush.json at user scope). MCP servers are written with the required type, PreToolUse command hooks map onto hooks.PreToolUse, and catch-all allow/deny rules map onto permissions.allowed_tools / options.disabled_tools; every other key in the file survives a regenerate. by @dyoshikawa in #3055
  • Pool (Poolside): add Pool as a native skills target — .poolside/skills/ (project) and ~/.config/poolside/skills/ (global), with import round-trip and a warning when a skill's name differs from its directory name. by @dyoshikawa in #3057
  • Devin: map the canonical websearch permission category to the web_search tool name that Devin CLI v3000.10.21+ accepts in permissions.allow / ask / deny (bare name only; pattern-specific rules collapse to the strictest action with a warning). by @dyoshikawa in #3058
  • Qwen Code: carry tools.todoWrite (the { enabled } toggle for the built-in todo_write tool, Qwen Code v0.23.1+) through the qwencode permissions override on both generate and import. by @dyoshikawa in #3059
  • AugmentCode: import the current tool names (terminal / read / edit / write) as aliases of the legacy names, so existing rows are managed on regenerate and shellInputRegex recovery works for terminal. by @dyoshikawa in #3056

Bug Fixes

  • Tabnine, Bob, Continue, Cortex Code: address the review follow-ups from #3045 — Tabnine glob-spelled override prefixes are no longer doubled, override allows that the canonical block denies are withheld with a warning, dropped tools.allowed entries are reported, a subagent without a description gets a placeholder instead of an unloadable file, .* hook matchers fold to the catch-all on import, Continue **/*** patterns normalize to the catch-all, and MCP passthrough loops sanitize nested prototype-pollution keys. The four Claude-shaped settings.json hooks adapters now share a SettingsJsonHooks base. by @dyoshikawa in #3054
