we have to deal with the long identifiers "vendor:product:version" and the short identifiers "product;version"
f20 is struggling and does not respect the correct binary name everywhere.

Calling cve_db_lookup_version isc:dhcp:4.3.4 for instance works now. Your fix seems correct.
