Compatibility release for Suprnova v1.3.3.

  • Pins the public Suprnova v1.3.3 SDK tag so downstream applications resolve one OAuth trait identity.
  • Documents MagnetarOAuthOnlyConfig and init_magnetar_oauth_only for applications that retain existing users, passwords, framework sessions, and remember-me authority.
  • Updates the provider-authoring guide and no-cheating firewall to the v1.3.3 public SDK boundary.
  • Provider wire behavior is unchanged from v0.1.0.

Verified with warning-free all-target Clippy, 12 tests across six target suites, the compiled application example, rustdoc, and package-content checks on Rust 1.94.0.
