Currently, homebridge-hue requires the Hue bridge username to be created manually.

Changed HueBridge.prototype.request() from callback to Promise, to
support /groups/0 (issue #3) and to create bridge username (issue #10)
from homebridge-hue.

Done, but username still needs to be edited manually in config.json. Also added support different usernames when you have multiple bridges.
