Form Validation for Login, Register, Contact

Describe the bug

Users are able to enter invalid format of inputs in Login, Register, Contact forms

To Reproduce

1. Go to Login, Register, Contact Page
2. Enter invalid format in fields such as phone number, email
3. Inputs are accepted

Expected behavior

The form should prevent submission when fields are invalid.

Thank you for reporting this issue 🙏. The problem is that our forms currently don’t validate inputs like email and phone numbers, so invalid formats are being accepted.

Solution:
We’ll add proper form validation (using HTML5 attributes and/or JavaScript regex) to ensure only valid inputs are submitted. I’ll update this thread once the fix is implemented ✅.

• Stay updated by fetching changes from the upstream in your local repo, as multiple people are constantly updating the main.
• Include relevant screenshots/info in the PR.
