Add Dark Mode / Theme Customization

We should have a feature to allow users to switch between light and dark themes for improved comfort and accessibility. Also we can add a color palette theme selection which can sometimes make theme fresh and lighten up.
I think this should go in Level 2

@213sanjana You're totally right, theme switching between should significantly enhance user comfort, especially during prolonged usage or in varying lighting conditions.

In fact, it could be taken further by:

• Introducing multiple soothing color palettes (e.g., Calm Blue, Warm Sepia, Forest Green, etc.) to suit user mood.
• Remembering user theme preference using st.session_state or cookies.
• Adding animation transitions between themes for a polished experience.
