Added breathing exercise to components folder

In this PR I added a breathing exercise to the components folder this solves the issue #21

I tried integrating this module into the sidebar, but it was quite challenging. So I’ve added it to the components folder instead.
Here is the deployment link of this module .

@SharanyaAchanta Uhm so... The integration part into the main UI hasn't been implemented by you, right?
Do you wish to proceed with the integration part, or do you want it to be a separate issue for future and get this PR merged?
Please clarify, so we can proceed accordingly. Either way the implementation of your Breathing Exercise idea is awesome!
