Add Floating Feedback Button Above Scroll-to-Top Arrow #89

Add a floating feedback option just above the "scroll-to-top" arrow button on the bottom-right corner of the page.
Describe the solution you'd like
-Currently, the page has a floating arrow button at the bottom-right for scrolling back to the top. However, there is no direct way for users to provide feedback.
-Adding a floating feedback option above the arrow will make it easily accessible without interfering with existing UI elements.
Describe alternatives you've considered
-Implement a floating feedback button positioned slightly above the scroll-to-top arrow.
-On click, the button should either: open a feedback form (Name, Email, Message), or redirect users to a dedicated feedback page.
-Ensure responsiveness across different devices and screen sizes.
