Refactored

• Consolidate Session ownership, event projection, compaction, subagent dependencies, and local/remote fork handling; separate HTTP routing from run execution and resource cleanup.
• Remove unused internal subsystems and deprecated compatibility APIs, share test fixture lifecycles, and move static prompts, themes, permissions, and SQL into packaged assets. Internal integrations using the removed taskTool singleton must use createTaskTool with an explicit registry.

Fixed

• Release Skill tool restrictions when their admitted logical turn completes, fails, is cancelled, or closes. Preserve restrictions through same-turn Plan approval and leave the active turn unchanged when a concurrent request is rejected.
• Keep pending-resume status visible in Web and settle Browser popup registration after clicks.
• Preserve the current Browser page when cancelling a forbidden cross-origin navigation, bound sandbox frame inspection while keeping uncertain frames non-interactive, and read page metadata before snapshots to avoid Chromium initialization stalls.

Tests

• Retain focused runtime boundary suites and production qualification paths across CLI, Web, ACP, and Browser tools.
• Verify reused Agents restore ordinary tool schemas on the next task with real Flash/Pro requests.
• Exercise subsequent task recovery through Headless, ACP, raw PTY, and production/development Chromium while keeping stopped Goal usage unchanged.
