License header is missing

There is no license header in the single files.

Please add the corresponding license header.

Question, why did you choose CC-BY-40?
The project is released under MIT license, so MIT license was correct.

And I miss the license information in the single files...
E.g. the SPDX indentifier.

Here is an example, how the license header will be implemented in a single file:

// This program and the accompanying materials are made available under the
// terms of the MIT License which is available at
