Hi,
the latest release of the Eclipse platform deprecated the usage of org.eclipse.osgi.services, see https://eclipse.dev/eclipse/news/4.31/platform_isv.php#eclipse-osgi-services_deprecation
It's recommended to import the required packages directly.
The following bundles are still using org.eclipse.osgi.services and should be updated:
web/bundles/org.eclipse.jst.jsp.corecore/bundles/org.eclipse.wst.sse.corexml/bundles/org.eclipse.wst.xml.core
