• Maker is the single front door. The intent-layer, project-knowledge and world-model
  skills are rendered not model-invocable (Codex: new agents/openai.yaml with implicit
  invocation off); they are reached through Maker (it Reads their procedures) or by typing them.
  Agent/skill pointers route to Maker without naming the skill, stage command descriptions are
  gated, /hm:help lists them as typed-only rows, and /hm:execute instructs a mid-stage aside
  (ask to end the stage) with decision capture. Allowed-tools are scoped per skill/stage.
• hm world_model digest fields. Active intents are capped, parked intents sort last, the
  latest artifact is reported, and each call appends a maker_load observability row (fail-soft
  when the observability directory is unwritable).
• memory_retrieve is bounded to 8 KB, lexical-first. The count floor admits entries only
  when fewer than k lexical hits exist. The --floor-entry-bytes and --floor-byte-cap flags
  are removed.

Added

• hm autopilot narrow — stop the armed pipeline at an earlier stage and remember the original so
  it can be restored; it never widens, and undo is re-arming with --until wrapup.
