/hm:health stops raising two findings a re-render can never clear, and autonomy.pipeline stops
naming the stages 0.64.0 folded away.

Fixed

• /hm:health no longer reports a missing autopilot_autoarm hook. The
  autopilot_autoarm_registered signal still read autonomy.autopilot_persistent, which make
  already warns is inert. Since 0.64.0 renders no autoarm hook, a re-render could never clear it.
• autonomy.pipeline stops naming the folded review / verify stages. The default and the
  preset fallback are now research → spec → execute → wrapup. An existing harness.yaml drops
  them on load with one advisory, the same way it drops plan, and the re-render persists the
  shorter list. A pipeline that named only retired stages becomes the four-stage default.
  AtomicStage keeps both members for the retired autopilot CLI, but the shared filter means
  hm autopilot on --pipeline now drops review / verify silently.
