Habitect report 64ba8b31 (#62): openReport(extraTab, { keepDraft: true }) opens that extra tab and keeps a Bug or Feature request not sent yet behind it, text, context and screenshots as they were, so an app can open its own tab (a chat) without losing what was being written; the draft comes back with the next keepDraft open of a report tab. Before, it opened on the draft's tab instead. Plain openReport(extraTab) still starts the form fresh. No text or schema change.

Found setting up a fresh Cloud project from the one-prompt Setup (#58, #59, #61):

• Untrusted folder: shipcue dispatch no longer gives up on a report when Claude Code has not trusted the repo folder yet. It releases the report, holds for 15 minutes and retries it.
• Failed starts take no slot: a report whose session never started no longer counts against --max for hours or gets logged as stuck.
• Dry run: --dry-run says "nothing to start" on an empty queue instead of printing nothing.
• Setup prompt: before dispatch is installed, it asks you to open claude in the folder once to accept the trust prompt, and to allow the unattended permissions; it also says how to retry a report whose session failed to start.

No schema change.

reportKey on createAdminHandler (#57): the admin page shows a report button (Bug, Feature request) filing into that project, so shipcue Cloud's own reports go through shipcue. A project takes reports from the admin's own page without listing it, and someone signed in to the admin files as their account. No schema change.

Cloud Setup opens with Set it all up with one prompt (#55, #56): paste it into Claude Code (or Codex) on the machine and it adds the report button to your app in a PR, connects Claude to the project with the shipcue MCP server as an agent, and keeps a workflow working the queue there (shipcue dispatch on macOS, the listener as a systemd --user unit on Linux). This prompt and the listener's both now say how to remove it all again. No schema change.

The Cloud dashboard's server is now a package entry, createAdminHandler, that self-hosts on your Postgres: getUser reads your app's own user, page: true serves the admin page from the handler, and it has Forgot password, invite emails, rate limits (sql/cloud.sql adds cloud_rate_limits), openSignup and a plans hook. shipcue dispatch starts a background Claude Code session per unclaimed report while your Claude plan has usage left, and --install keeps it running with launchd; Setup → Run your agents writes the command, and the listener tab adds a one-prompt setup. Upgrading (Cloud or a self-hosted admin): run sql/cloud.sql again.
