High-contrast dark/light theme for long-term usage.

Description

The dark theme design was developed early in the development of CMS/CMF EFFCORE. Its main task: to reduce visual fatigue during prolonged work at the computer. To achieve this goal, contrasting, but at the same time calm colors were chosen. Their number was specially limited. When looking at the code, the user should be able to easily distinguish the language constructs in it.
