EggFetch 0.2.1 resynchronizes the coordinated release identity across crates.io, PyPI, and GitHub because the historical v0.2.0 tag already exists and remains unchanged. This is a patch release with no runtime or user-visible changes: public Rust, Python, C, CLI, and HTTPX APIs, feature graph and defaults, Rust MSRV (1.89), and dependency policy are unchanged from 0.2.0.
The changelog records qualification and test hardening since v0.2.0, including the hermetic Windows TLS response-completeness matrix, deterministic benchmark fixtures, and planning/documentation work. No production transport or public API behavior changed.
