Bug fixes / CRAN compliance
hzr_bootstrap() no longer touches .GlobalEnv directly. The 1.0.2 oldseed/on.exit()/assign(".Random.seed", ...) save-restore wrapper violated CRAN policy and has been removed. When seed is supplied the function now simply calls set.seed(seed); @param seed documents that the caller's RNG state is not restored on exit.
Other changes
- All seven vignettes received audience-grounding prose and section-level lead-ins (no naked code blocks under headers). No code, math, or numeric results were touched.
inst/CITATION now templates the version via meta$Version so citation("TemporalHazard") self-reports the current version.RoxygenNote synced to 8.0.0 to match the installed roxygen2.
