Log downloader in etos client can create too many connections #249

Sometimes ETOS client shows this warning:
[2024-07-15 02:57:59] WARNING:Connection pool is full, discarding connection: logarea.example.com. Connection pool size: 10
While this doesn't seem to cause loss of log data, it may still lead to performance issues and create inefficiencies.
