Actually get passwords from the config for environmentrequests

Description of the Change

The current implementation tries to get passwords as strings in the environmentRequest spec, however if we try to add passwords from secrets or configmaps then that won't work.
Fix so that the environmentrequestcontroller gets passwords via the Var.Get() method.
