Eigent v1.0.7 lets you work with several Sessions at once, side by side or in their own windows, adds a Session menu and message actions, and makes Automations start reliably, once, and on your local time.

This update also fixes a long list of bugs found in testing and reported by the community, from approvals and quitting to sign-in after an update.

Highlights

• Sessions side by side — Show up to three Sessions next to each other in a Space, or open a Session in its own window or browser tab. Background work such as scheduled Automations starts from only one window, so nothing runs twice.
• Session menu — Click the Session title to pin, rename, end or delete it, or turn the Session into a skill or an Automation.
• Message actions — Copy a message, edit and resend it, or expand a long one. A divider shows when the model changes between tasks.
• Space overview — See an overview of the Space in a panel beside the Workspace composer.
• Redesigned Dispatch page — The Remote Control page has a new layout.
• BytePlus ModelArk sub-agents — Add BytePlus ModelArk managed agents as a remote sub-agent provider from a redesigned Settings → Sub-agents page.
• Out of credits, not out of options — When your Eigent credits run out, upgrade your plan or switch to your own API key straight from the notice.

Automations

• Run now starts the Automation right away, and runs the app never received are recovered.
• Automations are listed for the whole Space, and their schedules stay in your local time.
• An Automation runs only once when you open its Session afterwards.

Approvals, questions and tasks

• Approvals and questions appear above the message box and name the file or command they are for.
• A question still waiting after a reload can be answered, and the agent's question and your answer stay in the chat.
• Memory changes ask for confirmation and show their details.
• Follow-up messages wait in the queue until a failed task is resolved.
• Resumed tasks keep their browser tools.
• Interrupted tasks show the actions they completed and the files they wrote.
• The agent knows the current date and time on every task.
• A Session that was refused keeps showing its error after a reload.
• A new Session opens as soon as you press Send.

Quitting, updates and models

• Eigent asks before quitting whenever a task is starting, running or waiting for you, and cleans up each task's terminal environment.
• After an update you stay signed in, and Eigent reopens your last Space.
• Picking a model inside a Session changes it for that Space only, not your default for new Spaces.

Interface

• A wider chat column, aligned message insets and composer controls, and a query that stays anchored while the reply streams.
• Scroll to bottom in the floating chat control, and a Session summary column next to the preview.
• PDF previews show the file name and fit the page.
• Dates use the app language, icons share one line weight, scrollbars look the same everywhere, and tooltips close when a dialog opens.
