[Design] Landing page changes

We received design guidance from our Design team on the elastic.co/docs landing page.

Changes include:

• Move the Get started button to the right of Elastic Docs / Find the help you need, wherever you are in your Elastic journey.
• Reduce paddings and margins between sections
• In the Elastic products boxes, change Get started to View docs
• Change References to Reference
  • Remove the boxes and turn into a full strip
  • Include only one link instead of four
  • Change buttons into View docs links
• Product resources:
  • Remove boxes and turn into a full strip
  • Change background color to same black as footer
  • Change buttons into left links
  • Include only one link instead of two
• Remove illustration from Welcome to our community of developers

Moving the "Get started" button to the right feels like breaking the common design/ux of hero sections.

What are your thoughts on this?

Also looking at the actual implementation, the button looks a bit misplaced.

• Move Get started under Find the help you need, wherever you are in your Elastic journey.

• Next to Get started, add secondary CTA to Upgrade

• In boxes, align icon and title and allow text to span box width

• Add clip art to blank space next to Elastic Docs
