sidebar indentation is incorrect #1081

Describe the bug
not sure of cause, but in https://staging-website.elastic.co/docs/reference/integrations, items without children look like they're indented under siblings that have children. toc is here
e.g. Auditd and Auth0 are (intended to be) siblings, but Auth0 is indented under Auditd:
Expected behavior
siblings are indented the same amount, and get the same padding, as items with children
