Use AI to generate description metadata

Add the ability for folks to add a summary to page frontmatter. Could be AI driven in the future.

Folks already have the ability to add a description with the description frontmatter (see @reakaleek's comment below). We should autogenerate an AI description for each page when this isn't set manually.

Ah. Thank you. I only see these filled out on OTel pages, so it looks like @theletterf is the only one using this field. A few things then:

1. We should encourage more writers to use this field (I can follow up on that).
2. In https://github.com/elastic/docs-eng-team/issues/161, we should default to description: and if not set, set something like the first x chars as the description
3. Use AI to auto-generate descriptions in the future.

I will update this issue to be about using AI to generating descriptions instead.
