Update archive links

Summary

I forgot that current will soon redirect to v3 😢.

We need to update the archive links (https://github.com/elastic/docs-builder/blob/main/src/Elastic.Markdown/Slices/Layout/_Archive.cshtml) according to #865 (comment)

• undefined --> link should be removed
• stack --> current should be 8.18
• any other value --> current should be {value}

All links in the bottom legacy docs section should maintain their current URLs

What if the link doesn't exist in Coleen's mapping?

e.g.

Should we also remove it then?

For links that don't show up in Colleen's mapping, you can go to the current URL and see which previous versions of the book exist. If main=current then we remove it from the archive. If main=/=current then current should be replaced with the latest version. In your example above, that'd be 8.18. Does that make sense?

I just encountered another case. What if it doesn't have any version identifier in it?

Those will still exist so you can keep those links as-is. There should be one for APM agents too
