This introduces Elastic.Documentation.Site which is our primary frontend library.

Elastic.Markdown now connects into Elastic.Documentation.Site more modularly.

This allows us to introduce more non markdown related functionality into our output.

The preview build will be broken (for us) until this is merged (because npm needs to operate in a different folder now.
