If you entered this page (like I did) via the Management route, the beginning can feel really jarring. The first step tells me to go to Discover. Why do I need to do this? Then immediately after, it tells me I could have gone via the Management route like I already did.

A slight reordering or rewording would help the flow much better. E.g.:

"There are two ways in which you can get to the view to create a Data View. Either go to Project settings → Management → Data Views, or if you are in Discover, open the data view menu".
