On the Welcome to Elastic serverless page, the section that says Elastic serverless products are currently in preview can be confusing to users that are not familiar with what "preview" means, and would be helpful to remain consistent and change to technical preview with a link to the description, or allow users to hover to see the description
Resources and additional context
Some customers are confused and don't understand what they are signing up for, which can create confusion for billing support, so making the information more transparent could be beneficial.
