Do not refer to serverless feature tiers as "subscriptions" #2768

@florent-leborgne

Description

@florent-leborgne

We occasionally mix up serverless feature tiers (such as Observability Logs Essentials, Security Analyst Complete) with Elastic Cloud-level subscriptions (Standard, Enterprise...).

The goal of this issue is to find incorrect occurrences and fix them.

The "Subscription" is at the Elastic Cloud level. It determines:

  • the features in hosted deployments
  • the support level for the Elastic Cloud account (both for hosted and serverless)

Regardless of their Elastic Cloud subscription level, users can create serverless projects with the feature tier they want.

I mostly saw these errors in solution docs so I'll assign to Experience
