[ESQL] Add new commands to Kibana inline docs

New commands are landing in 9.2 timeframe. These must be manually added to the Kibana inline docs.

  • TS
  • INLINE_STATS
  • RERANK
  • FORK
  • Add warning to COMPLETION per https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch/pull/135364/files
