Provide elasticsearch8-dsl package

any chance this will be packaged as elasticsearch8-dsl at some point soon (so i can install it with other versions)?

This probably means I need to use https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch-dsl-py/blob/main/utils/build-dists.py, which I did not when publishing the last version.

Starting with 8.11.0, elasticsearch8-dsl is part of the release process: https://pypi.org/project/elasticsearch8-dsl/. Thanks.
