[BREAKING] Rename read_body and read_body_as_text

With the introduction of read_body_as_text in #72 for handling plain text responses for the cat APIs, the naming of these functions is somewhat wieldy.

This issue is a proposal to rename these functions

• read_body would become json
• read_body_as_text would become text
