[REQUEST]: Document OTel input packages

Description

In 9.2 we are introducing support for OTel input packages in technical preview (see https://github.com/elastic/ingest-dev/issues/5711). It is now behind a feature flag, discussion about enabling it in elastic/kibana#236540.

These packages are configured the same as any other package managed by Fleet, but data is collected by OTel receivers and stored as OTel data, following OTel semconv.

We would need to decide where to include this documentation and what to include.

To try it, run kibana with the enableOtelIntegrations feature flag enabled. A test package can be found in https://github.com/elastic/elastic-package/tree/main/test/packages/parallel/httpcheck.
