Ability to change port and address

currently the docker invocation binds to 0.0.0.0 and 8080.
Is there a way to have to customizable?

You can set -e HTTP_ADDRESS=localhost:9999 when running the container. It's not documented, but the environmment variable is used in the code.

@metalshanked I'm curious: why do you need to change that? Isn't changing the port mapping when starting the container enough?

For anyone running into this one: I had to set HTTP_ADDRESS to 0.0.0.0:8080 in order to get this to work on GCP Cloud Run. It was binding to 127.0.0.1 otherwise.
