packed exe

exe contains the entire repo with my new additions and even runs lua.exe and cmd_decompiler.exe internally (actually from a temp address I guess). kinda works kinda doesnt, and its singlethreaded so its slow but it should process a whole director of shaders in .cso, .msasm, .asm, or .txt and give you something to work with
