Fixed

  • The release app image builds arm64 natively. build-release.yml builds one
    build-app leg per arch on a runner of that arch, and merge-app joins them
    into :vX.Y.Z, :production and :latest; pin-production and the GitHub
    Release wait for it. Under QEMU, Node 26 prisma generate fails
    (Unable to parse JSON … [Context: getDmmf]), so the v0.96.3 build published
    no app image and pinned nothing. Staging got the same fix in 98d7255a.
