Breaking changes

• Trunk Sync now synchronizes the currently checked-out branch with its same-named branch at origin. The former dedicated agents branch and .trunk-sync/config target-branch override are removed.
• Same-branch collaboration now uses independent clones. Linked worktrees remain branch-distinct checkouts.
• Git inspection must be run as a standalone command. Composed Git commands and repository-mutating Git commands are rejected so Trunk Sync remains the sole owner of synchronization writes.

Improvements

• Added consistent Claude Code and Codex handling for Edit, Write, Bash, apply_patch, and local_shell events.
• Repositories without an origin now keep automatic commits locally instead of failing synchronization.
• Strengthened hook input validation, conflict-resolution verification, push retry behavior, timecard validation, and session clock-in/clock-out feedback.
• Added production-like adapter and system coverage for command guarding, hook registration, malformed input, independent-clone convergence, conflicts, and push rejection.
• Releases now rebuild tracked marketplace runtime files and atomically publish the release commit and annotated tag with rollback on rejection.
